Does one subscription really cover everyone in my group?

Yes. WonderKit is billed per group, not per seat. Once an admin upgrades, every member of the group gets the premium features — no extra charges per person, ever.

Can I cancel anytime?

Anytime. Cancel from Group Settings or the Stripe billing portal and you'll keep premium features through the end of the current billing period, then automatically revert to Free.

Can I switch between monthly and annual billing later?

Yes. Switching from monthly to annual takes effect immediately with a prorated charge for the remaining days. Switching annual to monthly takes effect at the next renewal — no surprise refunds, no surprise charges.

Do you offer refunds?

We don't offer pro-rated refunds for unused time, but you can cancel anytime to stop future charges. For exceptional cases (duplicate charges, accidental upgrades) email us and we'll make it right.

What happens if I upgrade or downgrade mid-cycle?

Upgrades (e.g. Plus → Pro) take effect immediately with a prorated charge for the remaining days. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period so you don't lose what you paid for.

Is there a free trial?

The Free plan is your trial — plan your first trip end-to-end free, with 5 AI planning sessions per month and extra room on your first day. No credit card required. Upgrade to Plus or Pro whenever you outgrow it.

What is a Trip Pass?

A one-time $19 purchase that unlocks 30 days of unlimited AI planning, smart packing lists, live flight prices, and active-trip mode — for up to 3 trips. No subscription, no auto-renew.

Does the Trip Pass auto-renew?

Accepted Answer

No. It's a one-time charge. The window simply ends after 30 days (or shortly after your latest trip's end date, capped at 12 months). Buy another pass whenever you have a new trip to plan.

Can I refund a Trip Pass?

Yes — full refund within 7 days of purchase if you haven't used it. After 7 days, refunds are case-by-case via support. Refund detaches the pass from any trips and returns it to the card on file.

How does the Pro credit work?

If you upgrade to Pro within 15 days of buying a Trip Pass, the full $19 from each eligible pass is applied as a credit toward your first Pro invoice. The credit is binary — within 15 days you get the full $19; after that, $0. Multiple passes stack.

How does attaching trips work?

Each pass covers up to 3 trips at the same time and 5 total attachments over its lifetime. Detaching a trip frees the concurrent slot but doesn't reset the lifetime count — pick the trips you actually want unlocked.

What happens when my pass expires?

Trips lose their Trip Pass entitlement and fall back to your group's plan. We send a warning at 7, 3, and 1 day before expiry so you can upgrade to Pro (with the $19 credit if you're still within 15 days) or buy a new pass.
