Acceptable Use Policy

Effective April 15, 2026 · Last updated April 15, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy (the “AUP”) describes what you can and cannot do with WonderKit. It is incorporated into our Terms of Service. If we reasonably believe you are violating this AUP, we may remove content, throttle, suspend, or terminate your account, and where appropriate report the conduct to authorities.

1.Prohibited activities

You may not use the Service — including our AI features — to:

  • Break the law, infringe intellectual-property rights, or violate the rights of others;
  • Generate, request, or distribute content that sexually exploits or endangers children, including any form of CSAM; we report suspected CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by 18 U.S.C. §2258A;
  • Produce or promote content that incites violence, terrorism, or self-harm, or that constitutes unlawful harassment, stalking, or threats;
  • Produce content intended to defame, dox, or unlawfully discriminate against any person or protected group;
  • Generate disinformation — including election disinformation, deepfake content of real persons without consent, or content designed to deceive about its AI-generated nature in contexts where disclosure is required;
  • Seek or produce instructions or operational detail for weapons of mass destruction (nuclear, biological, chemical, radiological), explosives, or other large-scale harm;
  • Develop, deploy, or operate malware, ransomware, spyware, phishing, credential stuffing, or other abusive software;
  • Probe, scan, disrupt, overload, or otherwise interfere with the Service or any other system or network;
  • Circumvent rate limits, access controls, authentication, or anti-abuse measures (including Firebase App Check and reCAPTCHA);
  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest data except through documented APIs and within reasonable limits;
  • Use AI Output to train, fine-tune, evaluate, benchmark, or otherwise develop any competing AI model or service, or to create datasets for such purposes;
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute AI Output or the Service without our prior written consent;
  • Submit content on behalf of someone else without authority, or impersonate any person or entity;
  • Upload full passport or government identifier numbers, full payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, health or biometric records, or similarly sensitive data that the Service does not specifically request;
  • Use the Service in a manner that violates the acceptable-use policies of our AI sub-processors (Google, Anthropic, xAI, OpenAI), our payment processor (Stripe), or our hosting and messaging providers.

2.Content about other people

You may include information about other people in your trips — family members, friends, travel companions — when reasonably necessary to plan the trip. You must have authority and, where required, the consents needed to do so. Do not add sensitive information about another adult without their knowledge, and do not add content about children beyond what is needed for itinerary planning.

3.Reporting abuse and illegal content

If you believe content on the Service is illegal or violates this AUP, please tell us. Send a notice to abuse@wonderkit.app (or dmca@wonderkit.app for copyright) including a description of the content, where to find it, and your contact information (anonymous notices accepted for CSAM and serious safety risks). We review notices and take appropriate action in line with applicable law.

4.Appeals

If your content was removed or your account was restricted and you believe the action was wrong, you may appeal by emailing appeals@wonderkit.app. We will review and respond.

5.Law-enforcement requests

We respond to valid legal process from authorities with jurisdiction over us. Where permitted by law, we notify affected users before producing their data. Send requests to legal@wonderkit.app.

6.Changes

We may update this AUP from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
